St. Clair v. Kodak/Mirage v. Speaksl et al.

Defended technology owner against allegations that the inventors had stolen trade secrets in order to achieve their patented digital camera technology. Settlement obtained included an agreement by all plaintiffs that the inventors were the rightful owners of the patents and that the inventors did not steal any trade secrets.
