Obtained a settlement and permanent injunction on behalf of Carlson Marketing Group in trade secret dispute involving Olympic summer games

Carlson Marketing Group, Inc. v. SME Associates
Represented Carlson Marketing Group, Inc., in an action for theft of trade secrets brought against SME Associates under Minnesota law relating to Carlson's Olympic hospitality business for the 2004 Summer Games in Athens. Obtained a temporary injunction and later a settlement that included a permanent injunction.
