Defended Medtronic and settled trade secret litigation involving stent technology

DiMassa v. Medtronic AVE

Defended Medtronic in trade secret litigation concerning the Bonneau stent that was the platform for the Medtronic Arterial Vascular Engineering (AVE) business. The case was partially settled during jury selection in the superior court action. This was followed by a three-week arbitration, in which Medtronic prevailed.
