DiMassa v. Medtronic AVE

Robins Kaplan LLP served as lead defense counsel for medical device manufacturer Medtronic in trade secret litigation relating to the Bonneau stent that was the platform for the Medtronic Arterial Vascular Engineering (AVE) business. The firm reached a partial settlement during jury selection in the superior court action. This was followed by a three-week arbitration, which resolved on confidential terms.
