Law360, New York (July 23, 2014, 10:37 AM ET) ‐‐ On June 30, 2014, the U.S. Supreme Court granted certiorari to resolve a circuit split on whether a plaintiff can immediately appeal the district court’s dismissal of a lawsuit that has been consolidated with other suits that are still pending.
