David Martinez Named To 2023 Leaders Of Influence: Litigators & Trial Attorneys

Robins Kaplan LLP is pleased to announce that David Martinez has been included in the Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2023 “Leaders of Influence: Litigators & Trial Attorneys” special edition publication. This list recognizes a select number of attorneys who are considered trusted advisors and the “very best litigators and trial attorneys in the region.”
David Martinez is an elected member of the firm’s executive board and the pro bono chair of the firm’s California offices. Along with fellow board members, he steers, shapes, and advises on the firm’s diversity and inclusion initiatives and other policies on talent recruitment, compensation, and career development. Martinez represents a wide range of U.S. and international clients in all forms of dispute resolution and business counseling, with emphasis in the areas of commercial, intellectual property, and shareholder and partnership litigation, arbitration, and mediation. In addition, he regularly handles a wide variety of pro bono matters and serves on the Board of California Rural Legal Assistance, Inc., a nonprofit law firm that provides free civil legal services to low-income residents of California's rural counties.
Martinez is also a prolific author and speaker who has been recognized by numerous organizations. In 2023, he was listed in Lawdragon’s “500 Leading Litigators in America,” named to Los Angeles Business Journal’s“Minority Leaders of Influence: Attorneys,” listed as a “Top Trademark Professional” by World Trademark Review 1000, and named a “Stand-out Lawyer” by Thomson Reuters.
