Rashanda Bruce Selected to American Association For Justice Leadership Academy

Robins Kaplan LLP is pleased to announce that Rashanda Bruce has been selected as a member of the American Association for Justice (AAJ) Diversity and Inclusion Leadership Academy for 2023.

AAJ’s Leadership Academy provides training to highly qualified and talented members, in particular those who are underrepresented within the association, to help make them more effective leaders in AAJ, in their law firms, and their communities.

Rashanda Bruce is an attorney in the firm’s Mass Tort and Personal Injury Groups, focused on representing individuals and families in complex personal injury and wrongful death cases. An active advocate for equality, she is involved in multiple professional organizations focused on diversity and inclusion, including Twin Cities Diversity in Practice and the Minnesota Association of Black Lawyers. She is also a co-founder and leadership team member of LOCUS, a meeting ground that provides space and opportunities for authentic community building, identity-driven leadership, and resource sharing by and for people of color and indigenous peoples.

Bruce was also recently selected as a member of the 2022 class of Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Pathfinders, a program designed to train early-career attorneys in critical career development strategies.
