Roman Silberfeld and K. Craig Wildfang Named to Lawdragon 500 Leading Plaintiff Financial Lawyers Guide
May 31, 2023
Robins Kaplan LLP is pleased to announce that partners Roman Silberfeld and K. Craig Wildfang have been recognized in the 2023 “Lawdragon 500 Leading Plaintiff Financial Lawyers” guide. This guide honors a “remarkable group of lawyers who put it all on the line with courage and clout that matches their defense counterparts.”
Roman Silberfeld serves as the firm’s National Trial Chair. With more than 80 trial wins to date, he has led precedent-setting cases in entertainment and business litigation, safeguarded California consumers, and pursued justice for Californians harmed by the opioid health crisis. Silberfeld has more than 40 years of experience in civil and criminal cases, including white-collar crime, environmental, personal injury, antitrust, and securities law. He has been recognized in multiple Lawdragon 500 guides and was named to the Lawdragon Hall of Fame in 2020.
K. Craig Wildfang is chair emeritus of Robins Kaplan’s Antitrust and Trade Regulation Group. For more than 40 years, he has represented parties in many private civil antitrust actions in industries ranging from insurance to agricultural commodities. Wildfang has championed plaintiffs in several of the most meaningful antitrust cases of the last four decades, including the $5.6 billion settlement in In re Payment Card Interchange Fee and Merchant Discount Litigation (MDL 1720). From 1993 to 1996, he served as Special Counsel to the Assistant Attorney General for Antitrust in the United States Department of Justice. He is also a member of the Lawdragon Hall of Fame.
