Roman Silberfeld Named to Daily Journal’s Inaugural Leading Commercial Litigators List
January 25, 2023

Robins Kaplan LLP is pleased to announce that Roman Silberfeld has been named to the Daily Journal’s inaugural “Leading Commercial Litigators” list, honoring top California attorneys in the field.
Roman Silberfeld serves as the firm’s National Trial Chair. With more than 80 trial wins to date, he has led precedent-setting cases in entertainment and business litigation, safeguarded California consumers, and pursued justice for Californians harmed by the opioid health crisis. Silberfeld has more than 40 years of experience in civil and criminal cases, including white-collar crime, environmental, personal injury, antitrust, and securities law.
He has served as lead counsel in several high-profile trials, representing both plaintiffs and defendants, and has secured multiple notable victories including a $319 million judgment against Walt Disney in a case over profits from ABC’s “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire.” The verdict he secured in that trial is the largest ever obtained in a Hollywood accounting lawsuit.
