Anne Lockner Elected Chair of The Fund For Legal Aid
June 30, 2022
Robins Kaplan LLP is pleased to announce that Anne Lockner has been elected to a two-year term as Chair of The Fund for Legal Aid, the fundraising arm of Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid.
Ms. Lockner has served on the Board of Directors of The Fund for Legal Aid since 2015, most recently serving as Vice Chair from 2020 to 2022 and Treasurer from 2018 to 2020. Before she became a member of the Fund Board, she served on the Board of Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid. Ms. Lockner is a partner in Robins Kaplan’s business litigation group and is a member of the firm’s Executive Board.
For more than 100 years, Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid has provided access to the legal system for Minnesota’s most vulnerable citizens. The organization works to ensure that everyone has an equal opportunity and equal protection under the law, and The Fund works with policymakers to promote those ideals. Through fundraising initiatives such as the Law Day Dinner and One Hour of Sharing, The Fund generates resources to address the unmet legal needs of our community.
