Stacey Slaughter and Steve Safranski Named Co-Chairs of the Antitrust and Trade Regulation Group

Robins Kaplan LLP is pleased to announce that Stacey Slaughter and Steve Safranski will join Kellie Lerner as co-chairs of the firm’s Antitrust and Trade Regulation Group. K. Craig Wildfang will assume the role of Emeritus Chair.

Stacey Slaughter is a member of the firm’s executive board and has more than 20 years of experience in complex commercial, consumer, financial, and antitrust litigation. She has tried cases in court and arbitration forums across the country. Over her career, Slaughter has helped recover more than $1 billion for victims of fraud, negligence, and unlawful conduct. She has been named a “Litigation Star” by Benchmark Litigation for the past three years, and was included in Twin Cities Business’ “Notable Women in Law" list and The National Law Journal’s "Elite Women of the Plaintiff's Bar” list in 2020.

Steve Safranski’s complex commercial litigation and appellate practice focuses on antitrust, unfair competition and trade regulation, and consumer protection matters, including defending high-stakes class actions and handling significant appeals in these areas. His innovative litigation strategies have resulted in successes in major multi-district antitrust litigation matters. Safranski was named “Attorney of the Year” by Minnesota Lawyer in 2019, and has been recognized in every edition of The Best Lawyers in America since 2017.
