Robins Kaplan is proud to announce that it has been named a 2021 "Tipping the Scales" law firm by Diversity & Flexibility Alliance for having 50% or more women in its new partner class.
Of nearly 200 law firms researched by the Diversity & Flexibility Alliance for its 2021 New Partner Report, only 67 firms had 50% or more women in their new partner class. The New Partner Report is a yearly compilation and examination of publicly released data from the nation’s largest and top-grossing law firms regarding the attorneys promoted to partnership. It specifically examines the gender breakdown of attorneys promoted to partnership in their US offices.
“This recognition highlights Robins Kaplan’s continuous commitment to diversity at all levels of the firm,” said Rita Holmes-Bobo, Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Robins Kaplan. “We are proud of the high caliber of women in the 2021 partner class.”
