Phil Sieff Selected as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America
November 20, 2020
Robins Kaplan LLP is pleased to announce that Phil Sieff has been selected as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA).
The Litigation Counsel of America is a trial lawyer honorary society composed of less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers. Fellows are selected based upon effectiveness and accomplishment in litigation, both at the trial and appellate levels, and superior ethical reputation.
For decades, Sieff has battled for justice when wrongdoers have caused serious injury or death. His extensive experience includes a number of complex and high profile cases, including serving as lead co-counsel of the I-35W Consortium, a group of 17 law firms that provided legal services to over 100 collapse victims. The consortium recovered more than $77 million for survivors and those who lost loved ones in the bridge collapse. Sieff’s other work includes recovering $15.4 million for the victim of an industrial accident and representing the families of two men killed by a methadone-impaired driver. Sieff is regularly recognized for his professional accomplishments, including being named “Attorney of the Year” by Minnesota Lawyer and a “Minnesota Super Lawyer” by Super Lawyers every year for the past twenty years.
