K. Craig Wildfang Named Titan of the Plaintiffs Bar by Law360

Robins Kaplan LLP is pleased to announce that K. Craig Wildfang has been named a 2020 Titan of the Plaintiffs Bar by Law360. This elite list honors just ten attorneys nationwide, recognizing the most significant wins of 2019.
Wildfang is the co-chair of Robins Kaplan’s Antitrust and Trade Regulation Group. For more than thirty years, He has represented parties in many private civil antitrust actions in industries ranging from insurance to agricultural commodities. Wildfang has also counselled clients on a wide variety of antitrust and trade regulation issues, from mergers and joint ventures to marketing and sales programs.
In December 2019, Wildfang, acting as co-lead counsel for the plaintiff class in In re Payment Card Interchange Fee and Merchant Discount Litigation,secured approval in the Eastern District of New York of what is believed to be the largest-ever settlement of a private antitrust case in the 120-year history of the Sherman Act. The $6.25 billion settlement caps off one of the most complex antitrust matters in history, and more than 15 years of challenging litigation.
