Robins Kaplan IP Attorneys Listed among the Most Active in the PTAB

Robins Kaplan was recently recognized by Docket Navigator as one of the top Patent Trial and Appeals Board (PTAB) firms of 2016. Docket Navigator ranked the firm 11th in a nationwide list of the most active firms participating in Inter Partes Review (IPR), Covered Business Method Review (CBM), and Post Grant Review (PGR) proceedings over the past year.
Docket Navigator also recognized attorneys Cy Morton and Ryan Schultz, naming both “Top Attorneys in the PTAB.” These rankings are based on the high number of IPR, CBM, and PGR proceedings that both attorneys participated in in the previous year. Mr. Morton was ranked 8th on the nationwide list. Mr. Schultz was ranked 29th.
