William Reiss Named 2016 Law360 Rising Star

Robins Kaplan LLP attorney William Reiss has been named a Law360 Rising Star. A Principal at the firm, Mr. Reiss was nominated for his dedicated work in In re Automotive Parts Antitrust Litigation, multidistrict litigation that stemmed from the largest ever criminal investigation by the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice.

The litigation concerns an international cartel that engaged in a long-running price-fixing conspiracy in the auto parts industry. Mr. Reiss currently serves as co-lead class counsel on behalf of a class of end-payor purchasers of automobiles; to-date, he and his team have helped secure more than $200 million in settlements on behalf of the end-payor class.

Law360's "Rising Stars" recognition is reserved for top legal talent under 40 years of age. According to Law360, "The winners are comprised of top litigators and dealmakers practicing at a level usually seen from veteran attorneys."
