Robins Kaplan LLP Named to BTI Client Service A-Team 2016
December 15, 2015
Robins Kaplan LLP is pleased to announce that BTI has named the firm to the "BTI Client Service A-Team 2016." Described as the "definitive ranking of client service excellence for the corporate law firm market," the BTI survey lists the firms that have been recognized by corporate counsel for providing superior client service and for reinventing how legal services are delivered.
According to BTI, the "Client Service A-Team" list is "the only law firm raking based solely on direct, unprompted feedback from corporate counsel." The ratings were derived through in-depth interviews with more than 300 legal decision makers within the Fortune 1000 and other high-asset organizations. The Client Service study is independently sponsored, and no law firm submits nominations or provides client names to BTI. Honorees are chosen from a list of more than 650 law firms nationwide.
