Teresa Fariss McClain Joins Firm

MINNEAPOLIS (January 2015) – Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P. is pleased to announce that Teresa Fariss McClain joined the firm as Of Counsel, practicing in the areas of medical malpractice and personal injury.
Ms. Fariss McClain is a trial attorney with more than 13 years of experience originating, managing and trying complex medical malpractice and medical device product liability cases. She is a registered nurse in obstetrics and adult critical care, and her experience includes a clerkship for the Honorable Donald P. Lay, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
Ms. Fariss McClain received her J.D., cum laude, from William Mitchell College of Law and her B.S. in nursing from Metropolitan State University.
