MINNEAPOLIS (January 2015) – Robins Kaplan LLP is proud to announce Aaron R. Fahrenkrog has been named a partner. The firm’s Executive Board also has elected David A. Prange, Michael D. Reif, and Ryan M. Schultz as Principals.
Partner:
Aaron Fahrenkrog represents both plaintiffs and defendants in all aspects of patent litigation and trial. He handles complex cases in a wide range of areas including patents, class actions, technology licensing, and publicity rights.
Principals:
David Prange is a licensed patent attorney and trial lawyer whose experience includes patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secret subject areas as well as insurance coverage and contractual licensing relating to intellectual property assets. His cases have covered a wide a range of technologies: the hardware and software of personal electronics; wireless communications and sensor technologies; aircraft navigation, fail-safe, and GPS systems; irrigation control; consumer and commercial water purification and remediation systems; and medical devices.
Michael Reif provides insight, analysis, and advocacy for complex business and insurance industry disputes and compliance. Mr. Reif has served clients in a wide variety of industries including financial markets and securities, telecommunications and mobile technology, national liability and state health insurance, and consumer retailing.
Ryan Schultz is a trial lawyer focused on assisting clients to obtain value and protection for their technology. He has worked with clients in a wide variety of technology, including semiconductors, semiconductor manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, software and hardware for rendering three dimensional graphics, digital signal processing devices, ophthalmic devices, video gaming machines, and cellular communication systems.
