Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P. Client among First to Reach Settlement in Stryker Hip Replacement Lawsuit

In December, a firm client became one of the first in the country to settle their Stryker hip implant lawsuit. Tara Sutton, chair of the firm’s Mass Tort Department and a member of the New Jersey litigation Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee, helped reach an agreement with the medical device manufacturer. This case was among the first cases mediated in the court-ordered bellwether mediation program.
