MINNEAPOLIS (September 2012) - Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P. is pleased to announce that it has been named by The BTI Consulting Group as an "Awesome Opponent" in the BTI Litigation Outlook 2013 report, which surveys more than 240 general counsel and in-house litigation heads on which firms they would least like to see as opponents.
"We are very proud that our successes on behalf of our clients have earned us a place on this formidable list," said Martin R. Lueck, Chairman of the Executive Board of Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P. "It's very satisfying for us as a trial law firm to be recognized due to our attorneys' deep knowledge of the law, tenacity in the courtroom, dedication to representing their clients best interests and constant professionalism."
The BTI report is based on more than 3,400 interviews conducted over 12 years. The analysis contained in the 2013 outlook study is based on more than 350 new interviews with top legal counsel at major companies conducted between late March and early August of this year.
