September 2011
September 2011 - Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P. is pleased to announce that the firm ranked #6 in The American Lawyer 2011 midlevel satisfaction survey. This year's ranking is up six spots from #12 in 2010.
According to The American Lawyer, rankings were determined by third, fourth, and fifth-year associates rating their firms as workplaces by examining 12 areas that contribute to job satisfaction. These areas include relations with partners and other associates, the interest in, satisfaction with, and level of the work, training and guidance, policy on billable hours, management's openness about firm strategies and partnership chances, the firm's attitude toward pro bono work, compensation and benefits, and the respondents' inclination to stay at their firm for at least two more years.
Attorneys at our firm enjoy a team-oriented and collegial workplace that fosters professional and personal development at every step. It is our goal to give our attorneys as much responsibility as they can handle, while also providing the necessary training and support they need to succeed and to become top-notch trial lawyers.
