William E. Reed III - In Memoriam

July 26, 1950 – June 30, 2006

June 30, 2006

"He lived a good life and was a source of inspiration to all of us."

Bill Reed was a remarkable lawyer in our firm and was instrumental in making the firm’s insurance practice what it is today.  Bill is an example of a humanitarian, a mentor, a colleague, and a true friend.  He will  be sorely missed.
    - Anthony A. Froio, Managing Partner, Boston Office

We are deeply saddened by the loss of Bill who has been with the firm for over 20 years.  He was not only a wonderful partner who had a significant impact on the firm’s success, but he was a great friend and confidant to many of us.  Bill’s deep commitment in contributing to the common good will continue through the activities of his wonderful wife Deborah and his son Jonathan.  He lived a good life and was a source of inspiration to all of us.
