The rapid growth of generative AI usage has led to a series of high-profile cases, as well as regulatory discussions, each exploring how the current laws protecting intellectual property rights must evolve to meet the challenges posed by generative AI. This program provided practitioners with an update on the current state of the law, as well as practical insights on how best to advise clients on these issues in the wake of considerable uncertainty.
