On Wednesday, April 19, Kate Jaycox participated in a Federal Bar Association Minnesota Chapter webinar titled, “Women in MDL, Mass and Class Leadership: Progress, Challenges, Best Practices, and What's Next.” This program featured leading practitioners as they discussed the past, present, and future of MDL, mass action, and class action leadership for women in the legal profession, especially in Minnesota.
The program also discussed progress, challenges, the George Washington Law School Guidelines and Best Practices and other best practices used by judges and experts, how past experiences can inform improvement, and the future of diverse and inclusive leadership. Attendees had the opportunity to submit questions to the panel, and earn 1.0 general and elimination of bias CLE credit.
