On Monday, May 24, 2021, from 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. ET, Christopher P. Sullivan will present on a panel hosted by Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, Inc. (MCLE | New England) titled “Introducing & Excluding Evidence at Trial: The mechanics of offering or opposing the introduction of evidence.” This seminar will provide both experienced and new practitioners with real-life examples and suggestions to demystify the trial courts, the handling of witnesses, and the effective use of evidence at trial.
