Join Partner Glenn Danas as he presents on the panel “Notable Recent & Pending Class Action Cases in the 9th Circuit and SCOTUS.” The panel will review current class actions and discuss matters before the California courts and SCOTUS.

Class actions in 2020 have taken a new course due to COVID-19. New cases include those involving canceled travel, entertainment, sporting events, recurring fees, and new legislation like the CARES Act. Other important cases have dealt with class representative standing (Brady v. AutoZone), California's McGill Rule, Ramirez v. TransUnion, and the continued impact of the Supreme Court’s Bristol-Myers Squibb opinion.
