Each year, the Human Rights Awards Dinner honors individuals who have contributed significantly to the human rights movement and to the work of The Advocates for Human Rights. The 2019 event will feature Professor Andrés Cadiel, an investigative journalist, documentary filmmaker, and professor at the University of California Berkeley. Professor Cadiel will deliver the keynote address and be presented with the 2019 Don and Arvonne Fraser Human Rights Award.

Anne M. Lockner is secretary and a member of the board of directors for The Advocates for Human Rights.
