Closely held business disputes possess elements of garden-variety commercial litigation, and elements of family conflicts (even when the business is not a family business). When the law meets human nature, it is important to know when to press which aspect of a case. This webinar will address both standard features in the law governing closely held business disputes as well as practice pointers for addressing the equally important human factors.
