The Federal Bar Association’s Minnesota Chapter prides itself on the unique and amiable relationship it has between the bench and bar.  Part of this special tradition is the chapter’s relatively new committee: the IP Practice Group. The IP Practice Group provides a forum outside the courtroom at which practitioners and judges can gather for social events and to discuss and address current issues related to intellectual property, particularly the practice in the District of Minnesota.
