Seth Zawila

Seth Zawila is a trial attorney who represents the injured in their fight against healthcare corporations who have done wrong. Persistent and thoughtful, Seth cuts through the hospital legalese and promptly brings results and understanding that his clients deserve. He has represented victims throughout the country in numerous medical malpractice actions, ranging from negligently executed surgery to negligent diagnoses and drug prescriptions. Importantly, he has consistently secured compensation for victims suffering pain, life-altering conditions like paralysis, or those with loved ones who die as a result of negligent surgery and medical care.

Seth is an active member of the Minnesota Association for Justice, Hennepin County Bar Association, and Minnesota State Bar Association where he serves on the Civil Litigation Committee. Before graduating with honors from law school, Seth graduated high school in Sweden, lived in Saudi Arabia, and served a year of AmeriCorps in Alabama. Today, he enjoys rock climbing, fishing, and being a Vikings devotee.
