Experience
Seth Zawila is a litigation attorney who represents the injured in their fight against powerful corporations. Seth graduated cum laude in law school where he built his litigation skills leading case teams suing insurance companies over coverage disputes at the University of Minnesota’s Insurance Law Clinic. There, he developed an ability to review complex medical provider services, formulate litigation strategy, and draft persuasive briefs. Those skills ultimately led to him becoming clinic director, where he secured prompt relief for numerous clients by securing substantial outcomes in both state and federal courts. Seth further honed his legal skills as Public Policy Research Partner at the University of Minnesota, where he analyzed thousands of licensure statutes and developed expertise on the standard of care for numerous professional providers.
Before his legal career, Seth attended high school in Sweden and served a year of AmeriCorps in Alabama. He enjoys rock climbing, fishing, and spending time with his family.
