Experience
Rebecca Zadaka is an associate in the firm’s Business Litigation Group. Rebecca is committed to zealously advocating for her clients. She draws upon her science background to help understand the technical aspects of her clients’ legal challenges.
Rebecca earned her law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School. During law school, she developed a passion for advocacy through her work as a student director and certified student attorney in the law school’s Community Legal Partnership for Health Clinic, where she provided legal advice to medical patients. She also worked as a judicial extern for the Honorable Nancy E. Brasel of the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota and completed her M.A. in bioethics from the University of Minnesota.
Before law school, Rebecca earned her B.Sc. with honors in biochemistry from the University of St Andrews in St Andrews, Scotland. After graduation, she worked in a medical device and pharmaceutical drug testing lab, where she helped generate scientific data for her clients to submit to the FDA for their drug and device certifications.
