Experience
Sarah Walsh has over 15 years of experience in government enforcement and complex litigation matters covering a wide range of issues within commercial litigation and employment law. Throughout her career, she has focused on white collar defense and government investigations. Her practice includes defense of individuals and organizations that are facing complex investigations and enforcement actions.
She has represented individuals and organizations in investigations and enforcement actions undertaken by the US Department of Justice, Securities Exchange Commission, the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office, local District Attorney's Offices, and various other state and federal agencies. Her enforcement and investigation work spans across a variety of industries and includes:
- Healthcare compliance
- Financial services fraud
- Securities violations
- Title IX matters
- Employment related investigations
With her experience and pragmatic approach, she is well situated to advise clients on a variety of compliance issues, including DEI and ESG, helping organizations navigate the complex regulatory framework so they can safeguard their corporate reputation and mitigate risk.
