Overview
Sara Jenab is an associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property and Technology Litigation Group. She began her legal career advocating for civil rights, developing extensive experience in legal research, writing, and complex case analysis. Through federal clerkships with the Honorable Jane Kelly of the Eighth Circuit and the Honorable Julie A. Robinson of the District of Kansas, she honed her ability to understand intricate legal issues and help craft well-reasoned opinions. Her prior work at the MacArthur Justice Center and other civil rights organizations further strengthened her skills in advocacy, client engagement, and strategic problem-solving.
Bringing this foundation to intellectual property law, Sara applies her advocacy experience and analytical rigor to help clients navigate complex intellectual property matters. She draws on her legal education at the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law—where she served on the Moot Court team and the board of the Criminal Law Journal, and earned multiple awards for written and oral advocacy—to support her work in developing thoughtful and effective litigation strategies.
Together, these experiences position Sara as a strategic and versatile advocate equipped to guide clients through the most challenging intellectual property disputes.
