Overview

Rehan Khaki is an associate at Robins Kaplan LLP who represents clients in complex business litigation and insurance and catastrophic loss matters.

During law school, Rehan gained hands-on advocacy experience in the Boston University Immigrants’ Rights Clinic, where he represented asylees in a range of matters, including preparing applications, developing evidentiary records, and advocating on behalf of clients in immigration proceedings.

He was also a recipient of the James P. Kelleher Fellowship and served as a summer associate at Robins Kaplan LLP, where he was seconded to Liberty Mutual Insurance Company and worked on complex insurance and litigation matters. Prior to law school, Rehan worked in the U.S. House of Representatives, the Georgia General, and on various political campaigns, experiences that inform his practical, client-focused approach to advocacy.
