Experience
Brandon’s litigation career is intellectual property litigation-focused. While in practice at a previous firm, he represented clients in pre-trial stages of litigation, including pre-suit diligence and preparation, lawsuit initiation and motions practice, discovery, substantive expert discovery and hearings, and summary judgment. His experience includes litigation in the Districts of New Jersey, Delaware, the Patent and Trademark Office, and at the International Trade Commission. There, Brandon gained familiarity with Hatch-Waxman litigation; utility patent litigation in the pharmaceuticals, chemical composition, software, and semiconductor industries; and biosimilars litigation. And prior to joining Robins Kaplan LLP, Brandon clerked for the Honorable Leonard P. Stark, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.
