Overview
Mollie Buelow is a civil litigator who represents corporate clients, insurers, and individuals in complex, high-exposure disputes in both state and federal court. She is known for translating technically complex issues into clear, persuasive arguments and for maintaining a practical, business-oriented focus while preparing every case with trial readiness in mind.
Her practice began on the defense side, where she developed a disciplined and strategic approach to litigation. She now represents clients on both the defense and plaintiff side, bringing a balanced, full-spectrum perspective to case evaluation and strategy.
Ms. Buelow has represented clients through every stage of litigation, from performing pre-suit evaluations to resolution. She has experience developing and executing discovery strategies and positioning cases for favorable outcomes.
Her experience spans a broad range of matters, including commercial disputes, construction defect claims, professional liability, product liability, fraud and negligent misrepresentation claims, and civil rights claims brought under 42 U.S.C. § 1983.
She earned her undergraduate degree and Juris Doctor from University of St. Thomas.
