- Experienced in areas of general corporate law, commercial and corporate finance, commercial real estate, mergers and acquisitions and creditors’ rights and corporate restructuring and bankruptcy.
- Experienced in secured transactions and complex commercial and real estate financing transactions including more specialized transactions such as leveraged leasing and synthetic and master lease transactions and structured financing, including conduit mortgages loans.
- Experienced in representing owners and lenders in real estate acquisition, development and leasing transactions.
- Advises corporate and financial institution clients in a variety of transactional areas including capital formation and general corporate matters, acquisitions, commercial, corporate and real estate finance, and creditors’ rights and bankruptcy.

- Named a “North Star Lawyer” by the Minnesota State Bar Association for providing at least 50 hours of pro bono legal services (2016)
