- Experienced in secured transactions and complex commercial and real estate financing transactions including more specialized transactions such as leveraged leasing and synthetic and master lease transactions and structured financing, including conduit mortgages loans.
- Experienced in representing owners and lenders in real estate acquisition, development and leasing transactions.
- Advises corporate and financial institution clients in a variety of transactional areas including capital formation and general corporate matters, acquisitions, commercial, corporate and real estate finance, and creditors’ rights and bankruptcy.
