Overview
Lindsay Dreyer is an Associate Attorney in the firm’s Business Litigation group. She brings a thoughtful, research-driven approach to helping clients solve complex disputes. Before joining the firm, Lindsay served as a federal judicial law clerk for Judge Donovan Frank in the District of Minnesota and Judge Salvador Mendoza, Jr. in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. These experiences provided Lindsay with a deep understanding of judicial decision-making and effective advocacy—insights she draws upon often in her practice.
Lindsay graduated summa cum laude from Mitchell Hamline School of Law. During law school, she sought out a variety of practical experiences. As a certified student attorney in the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office, Lindsay drafted motions and appellate briefs and successfully argued a case before the Minnesota Court of Appeals. She also interned for the U.S. Department of Justice in the Human Rights and Special Prosecutions Section, where she worked on matters involving torture and other human rights violations, and with the ACLU’s Voting Rights Project, where her work focused on gerrymandering and access to the ballot. In addition, she spent a semester working full-time for Senator Amy Klobuchar in the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee.
Prior to law school, Lindsay graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Minnesota.
