Vidya Dindiyal



Vidya Dindiyal is an associate in Robins Kaplan’s New York office and a member of the Antitrust and Trade Regulation Practice Group. Her practice focuses on prosecuting complex antitrust class actions involving price fixing, unlawful monopolization, and other anticompetitive practices. Prior to joining Robins Kaplan, Vidya was as a fellow in the Washington D.C. office of a nationally prominent class action firm, where she worked on litigation related to antitrust, the opioids crisis, civil rights and discrimination, and other class action matters at the district and appellate levels.

Vidya received her B.A. from Wellesley College, where she served as the Shirley R. Sherr Human Rights Fellow. She received her J.D. from American University Washington College of Law, summa cum laude, where she was the recipient of the Myers Law Scholarship. During law school, Vidya worked for the Civil Rights Division of the United States Department of Justice and for the Human Rights Program of the ACLU-Nationwide. 

Prior to attending law school, Vidya was an analyst in the Democracy, Rights and Justice Division of the Ford Foundation.
