Experience
Susan Craig leverages her prior experience as a practicing family physician to advocate for clients harmed due to medical negligence. Her unique combination of medical and legal knowledge enables her to understand the intricacies of cases involving malpractice, ensuring her clients receive comprehensive representation.
Dr. Craig guides clients through every stage of the legal process, from initial case evaluation to discovery, motions, mediation, and trial. She has effectively handled cases against a range of medical entities, including individual providers, medical groups, inpatient psychiatric facilities, dialysis centers, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, group homes, and adult foster care.
Dr. Craig earned her medical degree from the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and her law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School. She has successfully represented clients in both Minnesota state district courts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, demonstrating her versatility and commitment to justice.
