She recently secured an overturn of a Federal Communications Commission order as arbitrary and capricious before a panel at the 9th Circuit.

Negotiated settlements in favor of general contractor who defaulted on large scale Boston public construction contract. (Prior to joining Robins Kaplan LLP)
