Vivek Biswas



Vivek Biswas is an attorney focusing on patent litigation and other intellectual property matters.  Vivek uses his technical background in Chemical Engineering to get to the heart of complex inventions, and utilizes his legal expertise to deliver results for clients.

Vivek attended Vanderbilt University Law School, and was a Managing Editor of the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law and an Articles Editor of the Environmental Law and Policy Annual Review. He also worked for Vanderbilt’s Intellectual Property and the Arts Clinic, where he helped individuals and business navigate the trademark application process.  He was a member of the Honor Council, and served as the President of the South Asian Law Students Association and Treasurer of the Vanderbilt Intellectual Property Association. Vivek interned for a federal judge in the Eastern District of Texas, and uses the experience he gained observing patent litigation from the judicial side to counsel and secure results for his clients.

Prior to working as an IP Litigator, Vivek earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Chemical Engineering and a second major in Political Science from Washington University in St. Louis.
