Experience
A member of the firm’s executive leadership team, Courtney Beauzile spearheads Robins Kaplan’s marketing, business development, and communications strategies. She applies her nearly 20 years of professional services experience to help the firm achieve its strategic objectives.
Prior to joining Robins Kaplan, Courtney served as the Global Director of Marketing & Business Development for an AmLaw 100 firm. In this role, she developed several innovative initiatives and programs to enhance client service and drive revenue growth. During her tenure there, she also conceived, founded, and ultimately served as co-chair of BE SEEN (Black Employees at Shearman for Equity, Empowerment, and Networking).
Courtney holds White Belt certification in Lean Legal Sigma and Project Management, showcasing her dedication to operational excellence and efficiency. She is a frequent speaker and presenter at prominent industry events, including Practising Law Institute (PLI), the Legal Marketing Association (LMA), and related organizations. In 2024, she was recognized with Profiles in Diversity Journal’s Black Leadership award, which highlights individuals who have pioneered new paths, mentored others, promoted diversity and inclusion in their workplace, and excelled in their respective fields.
