He has represented leading companies across industries including food and beverage, healthcare, and telecommunications, securing favorable outcomes in high-stakes class actions and appeals. His strategic and innovative approach to litigation has also led to significant successes in major multidistrict antitrust proceedings.

Roman Silberfeld serves as the firm’s National Trial Chair and brings over five decades of trial experience across complex civil litigation disciplines including business disputes, technology matters, product liability, and mass torts. He gained national recognition for leading the $269.4 million verdict in the “Hollywood accounting” lawsuit for Celador International, creator of “Who Wants to be a Millionaire?” and has served as lead counsel in numerous multi-party, multi-state, and class action cases.

Stacey Slaughter, co-chair of the firm’s Antitrust and Trade Regulation Group, has dedicated more than 26 years to representing consumers, businesses, and investors harmed by anticompetitive conduct and fraud. She has recovered over $6 billion for victims of unlawful conduct. Known for her leadership in high-profile cases, she currently represents clients in major antitrust actions involving algorithmic pricing in the rental market, credit card fees, and the meatpacking industry, among others.

William Reiss brings 25 years of experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in high-profile antitrust litigation. He has achieved significant successes, including securing the largest indirect purchaser recovery in U.S. history with over $1.2 billion in settlements and leading multiple complex class actions in industries like automotive, technology, and food and beverage. He has also provided extensive antitrust counseling for generic pharmaceutical and healthcare services companies.

Craig Wildfang, Chair Emeritus of the Antitrust and Trade Regulation Group, brings over 40 years of antitrust litigation and counseling experience across sectors including insurance and agricultural commodities. His notable achievements include serving as court-appointed co-lead counsel in In re Payment Card Interchange Fee and Merchant Discount Litigation (MDL 1720), which resulted in a historic $5.6 billion settlement. From 1993 to 1996, he held the position of Special Counsel to the Assistant Attorney General for Antitrust at the United States Department of Justice.
