This national recognition honors exceptional women who are breaking new ground in the fields of science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics.

Emily represents clients in high-stakes intellectual property and complex business disputes, including patent infringement, trade secret misappropriation, and technology licensing. She has secured multimillion-dollar results across a range of industries, including aerospace, consumer products, mobile apps, and medical devices.

Emily’s track record includes a $71.4 million judgment stemming from a $42.4 million jury verdict in a landmark patent case, a complete defense verdict in another patent dispute, and a $27.8 million verdict in a personal injury matter. She is also a registered patent attorney with experience before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.

Beyond her litigation success, Emily is deeply committed to pro bono service and community engagement. She volunteers with the Transgender Name Change Clinics through OutFront Minnesota and has represented clients in immigration and family law matters. She currently serves on the board of The Infinity Project and previously held leadership roles with Cornerstone Advocacy Services Young Professionals Board and the University of St. Thomas School of Law Alumni Board.
