The rapid evolution of technology is revolutionizing the legal practice. For plaintiff attorneys handling medical negligence cases, incorporating advanced tools—especially artificial intelligence—brings both challenges and opportunities.

Though still in its infancy, AI has the power to reshape how we manage these cases, from analyzing and summarizing medical records to researching differential diagnoses, as well as providing expert-level insights. While AI tools offer promising benefits, they also raise significant questions about limitations, ethical considerations, and necessity of human oversight.
