Celebrating Judge Frank’s 40 Years on the Bench: The Federal Judiciary’s Guiding Light on the Path from Exclusion to Inclusion in Disability Justice

This year’s CLE featured speakers from Robins Kaplan LLP, the Minnesota Chapter of the Federal Bar Association Diversity and Inclusion Committee, and the Minnesota Governor’s Council on Developmental Disabilities. Speakers reflected on the monumental judicial decisions in Minnesota that paved the way for disability justice, and Judge Donovan W. Frank’s contributions to our shared history.

CLE ACCREDITATION
Robins Kaplan LLP will seek approval for 1.50 hours of Elimination of Bias credit with the Continuing Legal Education boards in Minnesota.
