Granting summary judgment in favor of FM Global holding that the period of liability for time element coverage for tenant of World Trade Center was the hypothetical period of time in which the insured would be able to replace its WTC stores with reasonably equivalent stores in a reasonably equivalent location and not the time period to replace at a location with a sales environment comparable to the one that existed at the WTC or, if none, the hypothetical period of time to rebuild the WTC.
