Robins Kaplan LLP served as lead defense counsel for Quest Diagnostics, Inc. in patent litigation brought by Prometheus Laboratories, Inc. in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California relating to genotyping technology for thiopurine methyltransferase (TPMT) diagnostics. The firm obtained dismissal of all claims.
Robins Kaplan LLP served as lead defense counsel for Quest Diagnostics, Inc. in patent litigation brought by Prometheus Laboratories, Inc. in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California relating to genotyping technology for thiopurine methyltransferase (TPMT) diagnostics.
