Robins Kaplan LLP, a national litigation law firm, has an exciting opportunity in our Minneapolis location for a talented individual to join our Marketing and Business Development team. In this role, you will drive the digital strategy for the firm, evolving the firm’s digital footprint and ensuring strong integration with and across all brand marketing campaigns.

You will work collaboratively with the communications team, business development, attorneys and staff, serving as the point person for planning and executing the firm’s digital programs, including digital content creation, email marketing and SEO/SEM, blogs, social networking, digital advertising, and analytics. You will also manage multiple digital channels for the firm, and provide direction to third-party agencies.

Keys to your success includes: Four-year college or post-secondary education in marketing, advertising, or related field. Prior experience creating content and engaging in direct dialogues with the social community. Experience with digital marketing solutions, including Google Adwords and Facebook custom audiences, and Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics tracking management. Legal industry experience a plus. You will have actively participated in social media management and/or have a strong understanding of current and emerging social media channels and trends (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Blogs, etc.).

You will also have: Exceptional customer service, oral and written communication skills.
Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships to establish trust and credibility across a matrixed, cross-functional team. Solid understanding of B2B and B2C marketing communication, brand strategies, and digital marketing best practices. Solid understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and SEM. Strong organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail. Solid understanding of CAN-SPAM Act guideline to ensure compliance.
